Legacy Codebase & Feature Bloat
🧩 Problem:
Over time, the Realtor.com app accumulated outdated code and underused features, bloating the app and slowing performance. This legacy architecture made updates difficult, delayed release cycles, and degraded the user experience.

To address this, we launched a streamlined Express app, removing 60–70% of low-value features and rebuilding the interface for speed and simplicity. The result was a lighter, faster, and more maintainable application with a modern UX.

Email campaigns and external links often broke the user flow, forcing users to land on mobile web or outdated app routes. This resulted in drop-offs, attribution loss, and poor conversion from lead-gen campaigns.
